Jewellery Aftercare.

Some of our products use a gold or silver plated material. This means that a metal such as pewter or copper has been used to make the product then a filigree has been used as decoration. Other products we carry are made from untreated brass materials. Constant wear or use of a product can cause it to become eventually worn and possibly change colour, in order to slow down or stop this process completely ensure you follow a few simple tips to keep your jewellery in brand new condition. →Keep items away from water, remove before bathing and showering. →Avoid plated items having contact with perfumes or perfumed lotions, this will create a slow reaction causing the metals to tarnish →To clean jewellery use household brass cleaners, ensure you follow instructions carefully. →Keep items stored away, often the use of airtight containers help items to stay shinier for longer.
